The following forms of payment are available:

• ATM: After ordering has 24 hours to make payment at an ATM / home banking using the details provided upon confirmation of your order ( entity / reference / value ) . If after 24 hours payment is not realized, the order will be canceled .

• Bank transfer: After ordering has 24 hours to make the transfer , sending the proof to pagamentos@sapatariapedromartins.pt . In the case of payment platform to inform about not accepting the payment, your order will be canceled.

• Satisfaction Return – It has a period of eight days to make the return of your order. It may do so provided the article is found in the same condition it was sold in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it. You can do it in two ways:

1.Contact by email encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt for information on return procedures .

2.Returns are not accepted in the physical store.

3. I do not accept returns of bags / suitcases.

Note: Never send the item to a physical store without first contacting via email encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt

Returning conditions:

1. Articles without signal misuse

2.Returning the full story , with all its components, accessories and original packaging in perfect condition

3. The return of the product must be accompanied with the sales invoice

4. The resulting transport costs for returns will be the customer's responsibility . Not accepted return to collection

5.Return time: Up to 8 consecutive days from the day of delivery

• Damaged product – Contact by email encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt . In the case of this option may not be possible to go to a physical store , with the coresponding invoice.

• Returns for transport damage -In case you notice any damage , you have to mention properly in the carrier's Guide to qualify the claim and notify the Shoe Pedro Martins within 24 hours. You can make the claim through encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt email Refund ( Applicable in shopping on the site ) In case of return , the refund of your purchase will be made ​​after the validation of compliance with the return conditions described above , with the shop a period of up to 20 days for this purpose.
