All items are covered by the guarantee required by law.

Returns

It has a period of eight days to make the return of your order. It may do so provided the article is found in the same condition it was sold in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it. You can do it in two ways

1.    Contact by email encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt for information on return procedures.
2.    Returns are not accepted in the physical store.
3.    I do not accept returns of bags / suitcases.

Note: Never send the item to a physical store without first contacting via email encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt

Refund conditions:

1.    Articles without any sign of misuse
2.    Returning the full item , with all its components, accessories and original packaging in perfect condition .
3.    The return of the product must be accompanied with the sales invoice
4.    The transport costs of the returns will be the customer's responsibility. Not accepted return to levy.
5.    Return time: Up to 8 consecutive days from the day of delivery
    • Product Damaged - Contact via email encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt. In the case of this option may not be possible to go to a physical store, with the coresponding invoice.
    • Returns for transport damage - If you notice any damage, you have to mention properly in the carrier's Guide to qualify the claim and notify the Sapataria Pedro Martins within 24 hours. You can make the claim through encomendas@sapatariapedromartins.pt.

Refund (Applicable shopping on the site)

In case of return , the refund of your purchase will be made after the validation of the return conditions described above , the shop have a period of up to 20 days for this purpose.
